Bruntons Aero Products produces a diverse range of components primarily for the Aviation Industry but also supplies parts for many other commercial applications where precision manufacture and quality of product and service are of paramount importance. Applications for our cable assemblies include Flight Control Systems, Release Mechanism Cables, Retaining Cables and Cords, Helicopter Winch Cables, Cross Runway Arrester Pendants etc. Cable Assemblies Swaged, pressed or hand spliced cable assemblies are manufactured to comply with international standard specifications or customer's drawings. Applications for our cable assemblies include Flight Control Systems, Release Mechanism Cables, Retaining Cables and Cords, Helicopter Winch Cables, Cross Runway Arrester Pendants etc. Machined Components Using a mixture of traditional metal working machinery and the latest CNC technology, Bruntons Aero Products can produce a vast range of machined components from the simplest nuts and bolts to the most complex close toleranced parts. Small quantity prototyping through to large repetition production runs can be catered for. Cold Rolled Products Airfoil strip and blading, both simple and complex cold rolled sections are produced to extremely close tolerances which eliminate or reduce costly and difficult machining. These sections are used in aircraft engines in the fabrication of guide vane assemblies. Lengths of sections can be arranged to suit requirements and compliance within strict dimensional tolerances of plus or minus 0.001" is made possible by means of envelope drawings. Sections are produced in heat / creep resistant alloys as well as stainless steels and special alloys of the Nimonic and Inconel type.
