Inspection

All our finished components and assemblies go through a final inspection process to ensure the highest quality of products are dispatched to the customer. Bruntons are EN9100 RevD approved, working to a defined quality management system and customer provided requirements. Many of our parts also require ‘stage inspection’, where a go / no go check is carried out before a part can move on to the next operation.

 

Over the last few years, Bruntons has invested in new state of the art inspection equipment. As well as a new CMM machine, the site now has a Keyance Vision System and Sylvac Laser Scanner.

2022 investment in a Sylvac Laser Scanner. Provides high accuracy dimensional checks at the push of a button. Can be used for ‘go no go’ checks, output is provided in a graphical format and supports statistical process control.
