Thread Rolling
Bruntons have extensive capability and experience in Thread Rolling for Aerospace and other high stress applications. Our products are used in all sectors of the aviation Industry, as well as more recently in the fast paced world of F1 racing.
Our machines can Thread Roll all material types, up to max diameter of 1.125”.
Bruntons are the one of the few UK suppliers to hold both AIPS03-03-015 & ABP2-2333 Thread Roll approvals for Airbus.
There are a variety of different thread profiles can produce, some of the most common being:
UNF, UNJF, UNJEF, UNC, MM, BSW, BSF, BA
Diameter range: 3mm to 28mm
Length range: up to 500mm
Bruntons now have 3 thread rolling machines having taken delivery of a new machine in 2022.
